Jo joined Stratagem in July 2023 as an IP Solicitor. She trained and qualified in 2014 at an international law firm based in Cambridge before moving to an IP team within a London firm.

Jo has a broad range of IP experience, including IP auditing, international trade mark clearance, prosecution and enforcement, designs, copyright, and passing-off matters. She also supports clients with negotiating and drafting IP-heavy agreements, including licences, assignments, collaboration, and distribution agreements.
