EPO Updates: Guidance on the Acceptance of Electronic Signatures
The European Patent Office has confirmed that from 1 April 2024, it will accept a broader range of electronic signatures on documents, including contracts evidencing patent assignments and licences. UK Government to Drive Action on IP-Backed Funding
The UK government recently launched a program to encourage banks to lend finance to small and medium enterprises with Intellectual Property and use their IP as collateral.
